Although I’m currently knee-deep in Game Of Thrones ( I know, I know… a little late to the game)– my boyfriend and I have been BLASTING through some really incredible shows over the past few weeks...which I figured I had to share!
>> NARCOS <<
Documenting Pablo Escobar’s reign as coke-lord of Columbia, you won’t believe the crazy illegal stunts this tyrant got away with! Based on true events, the actors are PERFECTLY cast, the writing is on point, and I guarantee you’ll finish the entire season in less than 2 weeks (it’s SO good).
>> SILICON VALLEY <<
If you haven’t seen this one yet, it's a MUST watch.
The series pokes fun at the ridiculousness of the tech world - making it perfectly relatable for millennials. The characters are super quirky and full of personality, and I'm dying for the next season to come out!
>> SCROTAL RECAL <<
Don’t judge this quirky British comedy by its title!
The clever plot is a hard to explain, but give it a chance and you'll fall in love with this beautiful & hilarious cast.
>> WORKAHOLICS <<
I’m sure many of you have seen or heard about Workaholics, but if you haven’t started it yet…do so TONIGHT.
Featuring three 20 somethings who are best friends and roommates, these guys are the ultimate F*** ups, and it's hilarious. They're constantly pranking each other at home and on the job...testing the (lady) boss's patience, and spitting terrible game at girls.
>> GOING CLEAR: Scientology and the Prison of Belief <<
This INSANE documentary blows the cover off the practices of the Church of Scientology- exposing the dark secrets and inner workings of the church (including extreme abuse, manipulation and greed).
You really can’t miss this one...it's fascinating! (I still can’t stop thinking about it).
(Note: this one is on HBO Go – not Netflix).
Since I consider “Netflixing” to be one of my finer hobbies, I'd love to hear what shows you guys are crushing on right now!
