The Best Calorie Blasting, Interval Workout (Including Playlist)

 For anyone that finds it difficult to run for miles on a treadmill: this workout is for you!

Cardio is my LEAST favorite part of working out (usually I'm strength training), but I've found some great HIIT routines that blast fat + calories without feeling impossibly difficult.

The workout I'm feeling lately is the following 25 minute run/walk combination that burns around 300-400 calories (I do it about 2 x per week). I've also created a playlist that matches the tempo to a T (you'll love it if you're into house / pop or hiphop)!

Treadmill Interval Workout

5 mins: warm up run @ incline .5, speed 7

SONG: "Me Minus You" - Jerome Price

4 mins: walk @ incline 15, speed 4.2 

SONG: "Jumpman" - Drake

2 mins: run @ incline 1, speed 7

SONG: "Don't Worry" - Madcon

1 min: run @ incline 1, speed 8

SONG: "Runnin' (Lose It all) - Naughty Boy feat. Beyonce

4 mins: walk @ incline 15, speed 4.2

SONG: "Your Eyes" - Max Motif Feat Totem

3 mins: run @ incline 1, speed 7

SONG: "Woop Woop" - Paxel

1 min: run @ incline 1, speed 8

5 mins: walk @ incline 15, speed 4.2

(Feel free to adjust the speeds so that it's challenging, but still doable! You can work up to higher speeds over time).
